Our Start-up Projects

Africa Street MBA is an entrepreneurial platform that provides an integrated business support for start-ups and small businesses through capacity building, mentorship, business development services and funding for young entrepreneurs with innovative ideas or early-stage ventures.

Educate young people

The programme seeks to impact young people with world-class business knowledge based on top MBA curriculum and entrepreneurial course content. Africa Street MBA has been designed to bridge the business knowledge gap and help young people from poor backgrounds, and young people with low education to also have the opportunity to build a world-class enterprise.

Growth

10,000 young individuals will be impacted annually by the Africa Street MBA through its community.

Overall, the Africa Street MBA will impact 10,000 young people annually through its community (SME Hub) which encompasses activities including but not limited to events, accelerator programmes, mentorship, training, workshops/seminars and seed funding.

DONE BY US launches The Africa Street MBA to provide an integrated business support for start-ups and small businesses.

The Africa Street MBA was established on three pillars.

Training & Events

These include teaching and developing skills and knowledge required by entrepreneurs to achieve their full competencies. The aim is to improve the capability, capacity, productivity and performance of young entrepreneurs through a series of events such as masterclasses, workshops, seminars, fireside chats, etc.

Start-up Accelerator and Mentorship

This is a fixed-term (12 weeks), cohort-based program that includes mentorship and educational components based on the top MBA curriculum and ends with a public pitch event and/or demo day. Applicants will immensely benefit from capacity building sessions, mentoring, networking, grants and the recognition of being chosen to be a part of the accelerator.

Community (Join the SME Hub)

The SME Hub of Africa Street MBA is a community made up of people with commonalities in the area of entrepreneurship, innovation, career and national development through enterprise. The SME Hub is a virtual community with selected in-person meet-ups.
