    Our 'Building the Employability Skills of Youth in Ghana' (BESYG) Project is designed to empower the youth preferably women and persons with
    disabilities with the tools, knowledge, and skills to drastically improve their employability skills making them competitive for the global job market.
    Specifically, the BESYG project will build a set of transferable skills and key personal attributes - of beneficiaries - which are highly valued by employers and essential for effective performance in the workplace.

    The 100 Project is our ambitious plan to positively impact the lives of 100,000 youth through entrepreneurship and making them competitive in the job market. Beneficiaries are youth in the underserved communities, thus those. from poor backgrounds and with low education thereby fulfilling our mantra of empowering youth into global giants. We go to where no one wants to go - inaccessible communities -, and we empower the youth in these communities in their own languages.

    OUR IMPACT

    Over 6,000 youth from underserved communities trained, coached and mentored in Ghana since 2023. Over 200 contact hours used by 15 consultants. 19 entrepreneurs accelerated and supported with small grants. 20 business related topics delivered.

    Africa Street MBA Announces Top 10 Finalists For Flagship BESYG Program

    The Africa Street MBA was established on three pillars.

    Training, Coaching, Mentorship & Events

    These include teaching, coaching and mentorship to develop the skills and knowledge required by entrepreneurs to achieve their full competencies. The aim is to improve the capability, capacity, productivity and performance of young entrepreneurs through a series of activities and events such as masterclasses, workshops, seminars, fireside chats, etc.

    Start-up Accelerator Programme

    This is a fixed-term 12 weeks (maximum) or 4 weeks (minimum), cohort-based programme that works with entrepreneurs to make them investment ready. The educational components of the programme is based on the top MBA curriculum and ends with a public pitch event and/or demo day. Participants immensely benefit from capacity building sessions, mentoring, networking, grants and the recognition of being chosen to be a part of the accelerator.

    The Africa Street MBA is a community made up of people with commonalities in the area of entrepreneurship, innovation, career and national development through enterprise. Our community is also made up of high-school and university clubs where we have both virtual & in-person engagements.
