Africa Street MBA Announces Final Shortlist for 2025 Incubator Programme

Africa Street MBA (AfSMBA) is proud to unveil the final list of 10 young and dynamic Ghanaian entrepreneurs selected to participate in the AfSMBA 2025 Incubator Programme.

This year’s programme marks a shift from our traditional Accelerator model. Instead of ending with pitching competitions, the Incubator will provide a 4-week intensive journey of structured training, mentorship, and personal development, designed to give participants the tools they need to build resilient, scalable, and sustainable businesses.

After a rigorous selection process, these 10 outstanding entrepreneurs were chosen for their unique ideas, growth potential, and commitment to driving change in their communities:

    Introducing Ghana’s first structured glass waste management system, beginning in Accra.
    Innovation-focused, tackling a non-existent infrastructure gap.
  4. Elizabeth Adwoa Gyanwah Karikari – HealthyHome Kit
    Eco-friendly first aid kits with natural products for safe home care.
    Unique and green health innovation with strong potential.
  5. Eunice Obenewaa Antwi – Unibee Foods
    Producing natural, healthy honey products with a focus on sustainable processing.
    Niche food processing business with strong job creation prospects.
  6. Sonia Yiri-mambo Nuoriyee – Edible Treats
    Chocolate production enterprise adding value to Ghana’s cocoa.
    Value-addition to a national resource with high employment potential.
  7. Daniel Yaw Gyimah – School Right Consult
    An educational consultancy providing assessments, evaluations, and monitoring services for private schools.
    A fresh take on strengthening the education sector.
  8. Joanita Senam Akushika Amegashie – Ravvis Media
    A digital marketing agency helping businesses grow online through creative content and branding.
    Creative edge in a competitive digital market.
  9. Tulasi Priscilla Debrah – Scilla’s Bliss Hub
    A gift surprise venture that focuses on creating innovative surprise concepts such as money bouquets, home opening surprises, wedding surprises, and birthday surprises.

  10. Vanessa Wemekor – Emie Wear Enterprise
    Producers of cane bags and African wear, blending tradition with modern fashion.
    Cultural creativity with job creation prospects.

What Awaits the Selected Entrepreneurs

Over the 4-week Incubator, participants will receive:

  • Expert-led training in entrepreneurship, finance, leadership, branding, and governance.
  • Mentorship from seasoned business leaders.
  • Personal development sessions covering mental health, work-life balance, and customer service excellence.
  • Exposure to sustainable and responsible business practices.

The Incubator is designed not only to strengthen their entrepreneurial skills but also to help them position their businesses for long-term success without the immediate pressure of pitching competitions.
