Life City Church Empowers UPSA Students with Breakfast & Business Savvy

On April 20th, 2024, the Life City Church (LCC) branch at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) hosted a power-packed Breakfast Meeting for students. This inspiring event aimed to equip young adults with the knowledge and tools to navigate life’s challenges and pursue success, both personally and professionally.

The morning kicked off with a keynote address by Mr. King A. Wellington, the esteemed Chairman of Africa Street MBA (AfSMBA). Mr. Wellington’s talk focused on “Starting Right in Life,” a theme particularly relevant to young adults. He shared valuable insights on:

  • Building a strong foundation: Establishing positive habits, setting goals, and developing essential life skills.
  • Avoiding pitfalls: Identifying common challenges faced by young adults and navigating them successfully.
  • Discovering your purpose: Aligning your career path with your values and aspirations, potentially exploring how it can connect with a higher calling from the Lord Jesus Christ.

Mr. Wellington’s address wasn’t the only highlight. The event also featured the dynamic presence of Naa Adokarley Mettle Tutu, a top MC known for her infectious energy. Naa Adokarley kept the morning lively and engaging, fostering an environment where students felt comfortable participating and asking questions.

Rounding out the program was a message from Rev. Ernest Ohene, the General Overseer of Life City Church. Rev. Ohene’s spiritual insights provided guidance on aligning your goals and aspirations with a higher purpose, offering inspiration for students to lead fulfilling lives.

This Breakfast Meeting served more than just breakfast.

It was a powerful reminder that success is a multi-faceted journey. By equipping students with practical strategies, spiritual guidance, and a dose of inspiration, the Life City Church UPSA branch offered a valuable stepping stone for them to navigate life’s challenges and achieve their full potential.
