Wenchi Students Empowered With Entrepreneurial Knowledge

Africa Street MBA (ASMBA) recently made a powerful impact in the Bono Region, building the capacity of students at the Wenchi Methodist Senior High School (WESS). This inclusive initiative provided valuable training to a diverse group of young men and women, encompassing both able-bodied youth and those with disabilities.

The program equipped WESS students with essential skills and knowledge, empowering them to navigate the exciting – and often challenging – world of business and entrepreneurship. This intervention by ASMBA, facilitated by DONE BY US and KGL Foundation, was met with overwhelming gratitude from the student body. WESS students now possess the tools they need to pursue their passions and chart their own paths to success.

ASMBA’s commitment to inclusivity is particularly noteworthy. By ensuring that students with disabilities were included in the program, they sent a powerful message of opportunity and equality. This approach fosters a learning environment that celebrates diversity and empowers all participants to reach their full potential.

The success of the WESS program underscores the transformative potential of ASMBA’s work. By providing practical skills and fostering a spirit of entrepreneurship, ASMBA equips young Ghanaians with the tools they need to build a brighter future for themselves and their communities. As they move forward, these empowered young people will undoubtedly become agents of positive change, driving innovation and economic growth across Ghana.
